You don’t need to go to the bank to open an Axis Bank account. As of right now, you may establish a new Axis Bank account online and even complete your whole KYC through video chat.
Customers may now create saving accounts online from the comfort of their homes and complete full KYC through video chat thanks to Axis Bank’s new video KCY-based online account opening service. There is no documentation involved in this procedure, and you are not need to go to the bank. Your account number and virtual debit card will be sent to you via email after your account has been opened.

Axis Bank Saving Account Opening Method Online
» Go to the Axis Bank Savings Account website and click the Open Online/Apply Online button to continue.
» Select either the Prime or Easy access account type now. Both accounts provide all functions, and you will get all advantages.
» Enter your Pan card number, Aadhaar card number, and mobile number associated with your Aadhaar. Only the mobile number associated with your Aadhaar card should be entered.
» On your Aadhaar-registered phone numbers, you will now get a one-time password. Enter OTP to continue.
» You must now add money to your account. A minimum of INR 15,000 must be deposited into your account. Net banking, debit cards, and UPI are all acceptable methods of account funding.
» You will be sent to the Video KYC page when your account has been funded successfully, where an Axis Bank representative will start a video chat for KYC. Please be aware that you must allow video and microphone access on your device and confirm your availability for this conversation.
» You will be asked a few questions to confirm your identification during the video conversation. Along with your PAN card information, bank staff will also take a live snapshot (screenshot) of you (you will need to hold up your PAN card to the camera for the same).
You will be brought to a page with information on your account and virtual debit card, along with the ability to establish the virtual debit card’s PIN, after your video KYC has been successfully completed. You will also get a password-protected email with the same information.

You may activate Axis Mobile Banking and Net Banking to access your bank account services online after receiving your account number and virtual debit card.
